What you're owed, what you could lose and what you could add

Limmia reads your CACFP claims, state subsidy invoices, agency billing and families' tax paperwork, and lists what you're owed, what you could lose and what you could add, each with its fix. Every amount says whether it's exact, about or up to, and one Limmia can't know is never shown as $0.

A receipt for what came in

When Limmia bills your tuition and agencies, each month comes with a receipt: the money that came in because of something Limmia did, like an autopay retried after a decline, a seat filled from an offer or an agency claim paid. Money paid, never a projection.

Programs your center could use

It also lists programs your center could use, such as the federal employer child care credit and your state's quality awards, staff bonuses, staff scholarships, contracted infant and toddler slots and pre-K seats, each with what your center qualifies for, its official source and the day we checked it.

CACFP, state subsidy, agency and employer billing, year-end tuition statements, the provider letter families need for their taxes and the monthly receipt all come with the one plan.

The agency's own forms, filled in, and followed to the money

Where Limmia supports your state, it fills in the agency's own forms from what you've already entered: your license details, your staff and their hours, the children who qualify. It says where each one goes, then follows it to the money: the letter to return, the payment, the expense reports, each with its date.

Your signature and anything you swear to stay yours, and Limmia never submits for you.

Limmia checks the agencies' pages every day. When one posts a new version of a form, Limmia stops handing out the old one and points you to the official form until it's updated.
